This is a milestone year for me, and that calls for a shift in my own personal paradigm. My daughter, my only child, was married two weeks ago on Mother's Day. In July, i will have been married for 25 years, and in November i will turn 50. As i start what many would call the "second half" of my life, i want to seek out new and hopefully adventurous purposes for my future. I have always enjoyed being creative utilizing many different mediums and textiles. I also want to glorify my God in all that i do, so i will be striving to always produce an excellent product. I will be careful in my descriptions and photo displays. I will also be careful in my efforts to communicate well with my customers.
I hope, soon, to be displaying the fruits of my labors on this blog! I am experimenting with many different ideas for jewelry, home decor, etc... employing the use of different textiles i find during my excursions to the Los Angeles Garment District, thrift & consigment shops, and tag sales.I will be careful in my descriptions and photo displays. I will also be careful in my efforts to communicate well with my customers.
